Yes. We paint everything from single-family homes to office buildings, retail centers, HOAs, apartment communities, and industrial properties.

Yes. Cabinet and door repainting is a popular option for homeowners updating a kitchen or bathroom without a full remodel. We remove doors and cabinet fronts, finish them in a controlled space, and rehang them once fully cured, which gives a smoother, more even result than painting them in place.

Yes. Pro Tech Painting is owner-operated, not a franchise or a call center that hands your project off to a subcontractor you’ve never met. The same team that quotes your project is the team that shows up to do the work, from the first walkthrough to the final coat.

Yes. A large share of homes and communities across the Phoenix metro sit inside HOA-governed neighborhoods with approved color palettes and Architectural Review Committee requirements. We’re familiar with these processes and can help you choose a color that’s likely to move through approval smoothly.

We use professional-grade, weather-resistant paints selected to hold up against Arizona’s sun and monsoon season, and commonly recommend Sherwin-Williams products for larger projects. We’re also happy to work with whatever brand you prefer.

Arizona’s intense UV exposure causes exterior paint to fade and chalk faster than in milder climates, especially on south- and west-facing walls, and monsoon season pushes moisture into hairline cracks in stucco if surfaces aren’t properly prepped. We factor this into every exterior project, from prep and product selection to timing, so the finish holds up against the desert heat and summer storms.

Timelines vary by project size and scope, we’ll give you a clear timeline as part of your free estimate.

We’ll walk your property, look at the surfaces that need attention, talk through what you’re trying to achieve, and give you a clear, itemized price along with color recommendations suited to your space and Arizona’s light and climate. There’s no obligation to book after the estimate, and no pressure sales tactics.

Before any paint goes on, we cover and protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and landscaping around the work area. Our crews are trained to treat every property, residential or commercial, like it’s their own, and we clean up thoroughly at the end of each work day, not just at the end of the project.

For most residential projects, we ask that small items and wall decor be cleared from the work areas ahead of time. Larger furniture and anything that can’t be moved, we’ll help protect in place. For commercial projects, we’ll coordinate scheduling and access with you in advance so the work fits around your business hours with minimal disruption.
