Warranty

At Pro Tech Painting, we stand behind the work we do. Every project is backed by a workmanship warranty, so if something isn’t right because of how the job was done, we’ll come back and make it right.

We warranty our exterior painting work for 2 years and our interior painting work for 1 year from the date of completion, against peeling, blistering, or improper adhesion caused by workmanship, such as inadequate surface prep or improper application. If a covered issue shows up within that window, we’ll return and correct it at no additional cost.

Our workmanship warranty covers the quality of our labor and application, not damage from other causes. It doesn’t cover normal wear and fading from sun exposure, damage from settling, structural movement, or moisture intrusion unrelated to our work, damage caused by others after the project is complete, or issues with paint products themselves, which are covered separately by the manufacturer’s own warranty.

In addition to our workmanship warranty, the paint products we use carry their own manufacturer warranties covering the durability and performance of the paint itself. We can walk you through what your specific product’s warranty covers as part of your estimate.

To keep your warranty in effect, we ask that any concerns be reported to us directly so we have the chance to inspect and address them, rather than having repairs made by another contractor first.
